Just give me a call (or send me a message) and we can arrange a home visit or meetup, or discuss your needs over the phone. I can then put together a tailored programme for you, to get you setup with the right tech, and fully confident in how to use it.
Even if you just need help setting up a specific app (such as for the NHS or online banking), give me a ring!

Your trust matters to me. I understand that using technology can sometimes mean dealing with personal information, passwords and sensitive accounts, so I always put your privacy and security first. I will never ask you to share or keep a record of your passwords, PINs or other details, and wherever possible, I'll show you what to do while you enter any sensitive information yourself. My aim is to provide friendly, patient help in a safe and respectful way, so you can feel confident using your technology without worrying about your privacy.
